#1) one hand on heart chakra (or chest) and other hand on third eye
#2) one hand on heart chakra (or chest) and one hand on crown chakra (head)
#3) one hand on navel and one hand on third eye
#4) one hand on navel and one hand on crown chakra
These are the most important hand positions they are called the "Foundation
Hand Positions "developed by Ms.Takata.
I also recommend:
#5) two hands on crown chakra
#6) two hands on back of head
